Description
I started as a customer service representative in a contact center and was later on promoted as a subject matter expert for a local telecommunication account. Working in a contact center requires excellent verbal and nonverbal communication skills, data analysis, professionalism, and integrity which are vital to the industry. For 3 years, it helps me develop my confidence and my leadership skill that able me to handle a team in every escalation call from different customers and send reports to the client. I am flexible, detail-oriented, and passionate about working thus from customer service and sales representative to chat support, and becoming a social manager proves that I am responsible for my professional development. With all of the skills I have build up over the past years, I am positive that I am ready to cross my journey to be a virtual assistant which is also a great idea for less commute stress and better work balance.
