First of all my name is Liezel Hampac, you can call me Liz it's actually more easier to pronounce. About myself I am very enthusiastic, I love assisting customers its just makes me happy knowing that I was able to fulfill my duty as a customer service representative specially to those customers who will have going back and forth just to have their concerns resolved. I have an experience as a vietual assistant and I am a customer service rep in the company. I handled calls both inbound &outbound, chats and emails. Also, I love doing things my way like I want to learn, I want to grab new challenges because I believe that it will help me grow and my career as well. So, I am workholic type of person as well like I can work in holidays, saturdays and sundays I can work overtime for weekdays. I love singing, dancing and watching movies on netflix. About my experience I've handled different types of account like a customer support for phone, emails, chat support and I am also a virtual assistant before I am a customer service representative in a landscaping materials.
