Description
I am currently a team leader or supervisor for a financial account in a BPO. I have a 4 years of customer service experience. Working in this industry has though me to be able to adapt with work and changes in the process. Having this, I can also sharing my knowledge in how agents should be able to know how to communicate in a positive language.
I also coach agents to ensure that the action plan will be a perfect fit to them. Hence, making them also aware of the quality of their chats to customers.
I also provide constructive feedback regularly, set the right goals, pay attention to my subordinates and control their training and motivation.
I try to be innovative in providing feedback to clients and making to highlight the pros and cons of what im offering and with what we have at the moment.
