Description
I would describe myself as resourceful and ambitious at the same time. I solve problems, get creative, and find solutions without the assistance of coworkers or managers. I know when to ask for help and I don't keep quiet when I do. But when it is possible to handle something without taking up other people's time, I do it and consider myself very good at it. When asked to describe my work style, my previous boss would say it was one of the things they liked best about me.
