I have successfully spearheaded the start-up of e-Commerce and promoted it to social media platforms including Instagram and Facebook for brand building. I have developed marketing strategies and effectively increased of followers on Instagram. I studied Social Media Management Foundation and Digital Marketing which helped me sharpen my skills and knowledge to fully adapt to this digital marketing. I am engineering by profession in Electronics and Communication in Engineering and had 13 years of experience working as technical support in a manufacturing company. I also worked as QA Auditor in a data processing company and a call center agent in a telecommunication company. The skills and knowledge I have acquired from working in a company for more than 14 years give me the confidence to build my career as a Virtual Assistant specializing in Social Media Management.
