Hi! My name is Joan Grace Dencio. I am 34 years old. I studied a Bachelor of Science in NUrsing. I do have 6+ years of BPO work experience as a customer services representative in various accounts like retail, telco, Medical health insurance, pharmacy and medical biller. I also had experience as a Medical biller Virtual Assistant. I can understand medical terminology, communicate with a variety of medical professionals, sympathize with the concern of the patients, resolve billing issues promptly, maintain accurate information and comply with HIPAA regulations. I am also good in Microsoft Excel, data entry, scheduling appointments and providing good customer service. As a Virtual assistant you will perform various tasks including answering emails, scheduling meetings and providing customer support and I have these qualities to excel in this role. The few skills that I have to possess for being a good virtual assistant are my communications skills, time management,being patient, a love for self help learning, and for being excellent in detail. And for me as long as you are able to do your task and your client is satisfied with the outcome of your work it's a big satisfaction for me.
