Hello my name is Bryan Diego. Was born and raised at Manila. I started working in the Call Center industry around 2010. I started as a CSR, billing and sales, then promoted to Tier 2 or Escalation Officer then later Became a Team Leader. Sad to say but the company closed so I worked for my second company and the account was Lone wolf. There I was trained as a technical support. We were assisting realtors of filling out forms, submitting forms for signature, and learning different platforms. Then I also became a VA for a realtor based in Texas. I was the one assisting in closing the deals. making sure all is complete in regards of the checklist and forms that would be submitted to the office. I was also getting in touch with sellers or other realtors for appointments and to make sure the property is still available and marketed. I was also in charge in managing crms was also checking his appointments and giving him reminders. Was also the one responsible for issuing invoices to his customers.
