I started working as call center agent and I've been working in this industry for more than 7 years. I handled incoming calls from customers who have issues and concerns for telecommunications company, for banking company, retail and ecommerce. I provide support with the customer inquiries, with the shipping and delivery, payments, order taking, troubleshooting and more helping over the phones, chats and emails.
After my journey working in a contact center and due to the pandemic, I started working as a freelancer or as a virtual assistant. I started from the most basic doing cold calls and appointment setting. And then, I upskill, and explore more and honed my skills, where now I provide more freelancing services such as managing social media accounts, managing marketing campaign advertisment, email marketing, SEO, lead generation, administrative task and I also do video editing, graphics design and website design. And lately I've learned about automation with GoHighLevel software this means I can help streamline workflows and save valuable time for clients! I have learned these skills along the way and helped multiple clients in the past.
