Description
I have over 8 years of experience in various roles in the Bpo industry ranging from customer service, technical support, retention, sales and escalation.
I have successfully handled a telco account and banking institutes, where I am responsible in helping commercial and retail bank processed cash transaction, reconcile losses and correct transansaction error. I am also an experienced representative who give assistant to those customers who had been served a legal order, give assistance, review and give updates to requestors who will serve legal orders. I am a fast learner, a team player, an analytical thinker and a problem solver who strives to deliver value and satisfaciton to my clients.
