Description
I have been in the business process outsourcing industry for 8 years now as a customer service representative and I take full responsibility on every conversation I had with my customer, I learn how to be patient and a good listener, I also learn to be empathetic. I put my self under their shoe so I could understand where they’re coming from and so I can find the best way to help solve their problem or satisfy their needs even meet their expectation because that is the essence of a quality service. I also learn to adapt different cultures to different people I talk to. My strength is that I am a fast learner person because I am self motivated, I worked hard and put my heart into it not just because this job will be my bread and butter but also because I serve my purpose and that is to somehow make other people life easier for them to do some stuff in behalf of them given their tight schedule. Working in the healthcare industry was never easy for me given the fact I have no medical background but through perseverance I was able to last for a couple of years. I put effort so I can achieve and reach my goal as well as company’s goal to attract more customers/clients because they know that this Company provides an excellent customer service because of its people. What I’m looking for is a company that value people and that I can produce a positive return of investment and where I could join a strong team.
