Description
I was assigned in Mortgage Account on my first year, where we
process payment, tax, insurance, pay off request, and newly
acquired loan.
I was assigned in Citibank Autralia, on my second year, as a
Telemarketer Outbound, We, cold calling the possible leads,
our own Citibank Clients. Offer loan like Balance transfer, Cash
loan, or we can offer installment by converting their
outstanding balance in Credit card (Flexi Bill) up to 24 months.
I was assigned in Shell as a Service desk on my first 6 months,
by providing technical assistance on all Shell American User,
by ticketing, chase user until they issue/ concern is not
resolved by chatting or sending an email for follow up. After 6
months, I was promoted as Point of Contact. I handle/monitor
all the pending tickets of the Service desk within the day to
give proper resolution especially when they encounter huge
volume of calls. Assist also my team to their queries regarding
on proper troubleshooting and approved before they escalate
to next level of support.
