Description
To give you a brief background of my experience, I was a customer support for a year handling calls, email, and live chat inquiries. As a customer support I make sure to provide flawless customer experience making sure to provide our customers with solutions, answer all their questions, get their complaints in check and maintain my overall performance/KPI. I am also experienced in upselling our latest items and products and reaching our monthly target to get incentives.
I was also a writer for an online magazine during my university internship gaining experience and skills in creative writing. I was also a Production Assistant for an Advertising Agency for a year, managing all the bookings needed such as studio and equipment rental, managing the schedule of the team, liquidations, meetings, and paperwork to guarantee the smooth flow for the shoot.
I was also a Social Media Manager/Admin Assistant for a US Real Estate Business and Recruitment Agency. I manage the businesses' Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn accounts. Create and post original images, edit videos, engage with customers, and keep the pages updated. I do file organization, faxing, do follow-ups for our customers, and manage my client's schedule. I am experienced in lead generation and contact potential investors through email marketing.
