I believe that Experience is valuable, given the experiences I had from my previous jobs- i know that My extensive experience in customer service and Quality department can make meaningful contributions to the team. I am also committed to constantly improving and adapting my skills to stay current in the field. And I still want to learn something new. Something that is outside my skill set.
Greatest achievement- I was the first Filipina offshore contractor with my previous employer. I was able to design efficient QA Form, recruitment procedures and policies. I also created training sessions for new employees and educate them on technical aspects, communication skills, application of knowledge, problem-solving abilitiesby providing helpful inputs to the Training and Quality Department. I also helped my previous employer hire effective Filipino QAs that are still working for them.
