Description

I used to work as an call center agent for more than two years now. On my first year, I am a sales representative wherein I am taking inbound calls and doing outbound calls to sell our subscription. I was awarded as one of the top seller on our company. After that, I moved in to a different company and worked as a Customer Service Representative chat support and then after a year, I am reprofiled to the voice account. Same way, I am also handling customer's questions and concerns but through a phone call.
