I am a Diploma in Professional Education holder and also Bachelor's degree in Business Administration graduate with over a year of experience as a customer service representative/sales associate in the bpo company and over two years as office clerk at different industries. I also have teaching experience for almost two years as personal tutor. I would say I have gained lots of diverse skills and qualities that have helped me to become a proficient and highly effective member of your team. In my previous experiences, I worked hard to deliver exceptional service to different customers by responding to their issues and complaints appropriately and timely, which includes billing issues, processing of payments, setting up payment arrangement and setting up appointment for tech visit and also promoting product or service that fit to the customer. I also worked for poultry business as an office clerk and in this role I was responsible for assorted administrative, clerical duties and accounting services, including managing digital document filing, printing, scanning and fax, receiving payments verifying and reconciling invoices.
