I work in BPO industry for almost 5 years. 4 years as collection specialist handle accounts under synchrony bank, citi band and now in wells fargo mostly I handle account that is more than 45 days past due. and I also experience being customer service for a year but still under citi bank here we receive calls from account holder who are confuse with charges that was posted on their accounts, assist with filing fraud transaction and also assist with their online banking
