Description
I have worked in the Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) industry for more than 16 years. I worked for two companies with different lines of business, which required me to answer and document every call. At the first BPO company, I worked as a customer service representative and became the billing helpdesk/manual processor. I handled the billing for a global dial-up internet service. Aside from answering general queries, billing concerns, and other issues related to the program from customers in North America, APAC, and EMEA, I also do data entry to the CRM tool/database, prepare end-of-day reports, and document call transactions accurately. At the second company, I was a process associate for international healthcare medical insurance. I handled performance guarantee accounts (VVIP) and it is very crucial for us as process associates to answer our member's inquiries via email promptly and efficiently. I also, issue requested pre-authorization letters to members and medical providers when necessary.
