Description
I am interested for the position offering the opportunity for any communication, admin tasks and research related matters. Customer service is also one my my experiences that I am holding into. After I graduated, I already worked in a BPO company. From 2015, I have handled a lot of accounts mostly with customer service approach. My first customer service experience was a healthcare account called Wellcare, a US based healthcare insurance which we handled members healthcare info, claims and orders for more than a year, then I switched to a different inhouse company, TPG mobile, it is an Australian company which we handled mobile plan queries, plan upgrades and basic trouble shooting. My third customer service experience was a US dental insurance under United Healthcare. Similar to my first experience, but this is just purely dental queries.
For this, I gained confidence on communicating to clients with excellent customer service approach, do multi-tasking skills and at the same time, make sure that I always do my work with good quality.
