Description

First of all, thank you for this opportunity. I was Customer Service Representative for about 1 month and 8 days to be exactly. I used to help customers with complaints and questions, give customers information about products and services, take orders, and process returns. I have experience in Lead Generation until now, I used to search or find potential client for our company and send them a proposal by email or sms in CRM. It's not a hourly pay it's commissioned-based so I can do the task anytime I want. I think that it make me to learn to explore more and of course to got a stable job. Until I saw this post job, as said a while ago I was Customer Service Representative so I believe that I have enough knowledge to do this Virtual Assistant position but I know that there's a things that I have to learn specially with this kind of new job, I believe that my previous experience is not enough to make me qualified for this position but I am the person who's a fast learner, can work under-pressure and a detailed person even so that I'll have take any training to make the work well and to make a contribute to this company.
