My name is Leobert Seguit, you can call me Leigh. I've been working in the BPO Industry for 11 years here in the Philippines. I also worked with oDesk (it is now known as Upwork) which I handled mostly lead generation campaign with multiple clients in US, Canada, UK and Australia. I also did multiple cold calling, appointment settings and Virtual assistant with various clients who specializes in Insurance, Real Estate, Healthcare and landscaping business. I've worked with various call center companies here in the Philippines for Telco Companies (US Based) as well. My recent job/role was an Account Manager in one of the leading VoIP/UCAAS provider in the US. I served as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships, negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximized profits. Also, ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customers needs and objectives and develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas. In every company I've work with my always goal is to help their business, deliver results with minimal supervision and build a good, reputable and strong relationship with my clients and customers.
