I've been in the BPO industry for 5 years as a Customer Service Representative. My responsibilities in this role is exceeding customer expectation by giving the satisfaction they deserve and maintaining high standards of customer service. Resolved customer complaints via phone, email. Assist them with placement of orders, provide them the status of their orders, refunds, or exchanges and payments. Helping customers efficiently, in a friendly manner.
I've worked as a Virtual assistant and Lead Gen as well, I have knowledge in managing clients social media accounts, cold calling, answering emails, video editing, transcript video content, gathering data with creation of spreadsheets using excel.
I also have knowledge in Technical support by Troubleshooting Apple devices hardware and software issues.
