Hotel | Front Desk Associate (Admin Assistant, Social Media Management)
Year 2017 to 2019 I worked as a Front Desk Associate for a local hotel in the Philippines, I do check in and check outs answer emails and phone calls with guest concerns about their reservation and aside from that I also handle social media postings regarding promotions, discounts and updated informations about the hotel.
Year 2020 I got hired as a Customer Service Representative for an International Logistics account in the US where we answer call concerns about customers packages mainly tracking.
Got upskilled to tier 2 where I handled chat concerns for lost packages more like investigations ex. Fraud Packages.
Year 2021 to 2022 I decided to venture into Financial Banking and got hired as a Fraud Specialist in a bank an international account. Stayed there for a year or so.
Year 2022 Decided to try sales and shortly hired as an Associate in a Publishing Firm.
Graduated with a degree in Aviation Tourism at Philippine State College of Aeronautics.
