In 2019, I worked as a Customer Service Representative focusing on billing, sales, product inquiry, order tracking and placing, and customer care. I have also worked part-time as an outbound call agent and virtual admin, and I do appointment setting for prospect leads to qualify them once they report to the office.
In 2020, I worked as a personal assistant for a director of a Digital Design company specializing in statutory signs and building signs projects. My duties include invoicing, liaising with clients, website management, e-commerce management, task management, floor plan marking and scheduling, and anything upon the director's request. I have also worked for 2 Australian clients as their VA. My main tasks include podcast management, bookkeeping, finance, graphic design, social media management, email marketing and management, lead generation, calendar management, invoicing, and other administrative tasks.
Last year, I started working for the online beauty retail platform as an administrative assistant. I handle everything backend, including social media, email and SMS marketing, invoicing, project and campaign management, website management, and client liaisons. I also started working with a Kiwi client who is an occupational therapist. I handle social media and course management on her behalf. I have also started working with a US client to manage their Etsy store and website, where I mostly do product listing. I am doing social media management and content creation for them.
This year, I started working with a UK Client who owns a surveying n as a LinkedIn lead generation specialist and handled affiliate marketing for him.
I manage social media platforms efficiently, such as Facebook, Twitter, Linked In, and Instagram, and I can also do paid advertising as needed. I can do graphic design, including creatives, videos, presentations, and infographics through Canva. And I possess fundamental knowledge of web content and design.
I am a certified Quickbooks expert and a certified Hubspot social media marketing strategist. I have received various certifications from other e-learning platforms as well.
I have excellent computer navigation skills, good command of the English language, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
