Description
I am writing in regards to the opening for a Virtual Assistant at your
company. I have over one year of experience working as a call center
agent in a starting company on our locality, and I have made great
contributions as an Admin Assistant, Lead Generation specialist, Cold
Caller trainer, and Social Media Manager. I am confident that my

As an acting Virtual assistant, I assisted clients with their concerns
like managing their emails, assisting daily meetings, and organizing
files through google sheets, Microsoft excel, and Google drives. I also
acted as a Lead generation specialist in which I am responsible in
gathering leads from Facebook, Bathdriven, Propstream, and other
Real Estate lead generation software. In addition, I train newly hired
agents in doing cold calling and revise their notes before sending them
over to the communication software that we have with the client. We
had Skypes, Slacks, Monday, Zoom, and emails. I also managed the
company’s social media account which was used in gathering great
leads for the team. And for the span of 5 months, the team got almost
a closed deal. With these I was able to help the company quotas and
we received commissions and spiffs from the job well done.
