I am Gabriel Lorenz D. Lavarias, 24 years of age, married, a Filipino citizen, with a Bachelor’s Degree in Secondary Education – Majoring in English at Central Luzon State University, Science City of Muñoz, Nueva Ecija.
I have worked with several BPO companies here in the Philippines with a total of 5 years of experience.
I’ve had a one-year experience as a billing and sales specialist for a telecommunications company, almost a year of outbound sales campaign, 2 years of experience in customer service, and most recently, 8 months of cold-calling / cold-texting.
All these work experiences are with U.S. companies namely, AT&T, a telecommunications corporation, Alight, a third-party healthcare company, DoorDash, an online delivery food service, Trajector Disability, a disability advocate in the U.S (trajectordisability.com), and most recently, Padly LLC, a real estate investment company in Flowery Branch, GA (padlybuys.com).
I am a person who’s committed to what I do, I commit not just to the job but also to becoming a better employee. I’ve always done an excellent job with any type of work I’ve handled, I’ve always managed to adjust and adapt from customer service to sales to cold-calling/telemarketing.
I can honestly say that I was able to do more than what was expected of me.
I have been working remotely since the outbreak of Covid started so I have a very stable internet connection, a working laptop, and backup internet and power.
Basically, all of the pieces of equipment necessary to be working remotely.
