Hi! My name is Emma Concepcion A. Manlusoc. I'm energetic, goal-oriented, and a great communicator. I have worked in BPO for 6 years for 6 companies. This helped me understand the customer's needs and acquired skills such as being a team player, multi-tasking, adaptability, empathy, and promptly providing solutions.
I equipped myself through research and pieces of training to prepare myself as a Virtual Assistant. I'm knowledgeable and definitely excel as a beginner by developing myself to be more efficient for this role.
Aside from being a General Virtual Assistant, I am also interested in becoming a Social Media Manager because I love creating interesting image content to be posted through different social media platforms. My goal is to help business owners boost their online business presence, generate revenue, and convert potential customers into paying customers.
I'm also adaptable and willing to undergo training to catch up or cope with new challenges or new environments. My goal is to provide outstanding results and help my clients grow their businesses.
