Hi, My name is Kathlene and I've been working in a call center company here in the Philippines since 2013 taking inbound and outbound calls for 8 years where I handled billing, sales, general inquiries, and technical support. And with that 8 years span of time, I also got promoted as a Subject Matter Expert, a Team Leader, and an Escalations Manager where I Manage the performance and development of the agents. Address operational and/or administrative concerns.I also assist agents and SMEs with technical or procedural issues.
And due to the pandemic, in May 2021. I decided to work from home and I work with clients and businesses located in the United States. I worked as a customer care representative. I take inbound and outbound calls, emails, and live chats as well. I also worked as a care coordinator for a Medical Transportation Company where I take in phone calls and assist clients with their transportation needs aside from that I also book reservations and take payments for their trips. Also, I coordinate with the dispatch team and with other departments for new and existing reservations entered into our system. Ensuring that clients meet the utmost gratification from our services.
