Description
I have been in BPO industry for more than 5years already.
I've been with a center tied to a US-based healthcare insurance that handles calls from healthcare providers requesting for authorization for health services. I was a healthcare specialist for 2yrs and 2yrs as team lead for the same line of business.
As leader, I have gained knowledge and skills that are relevant to my role (technical and leadership trainings). I was with this company from October 2014 to April 2019.
I also had a chance to be with another contact center contracted with a US-based employee benefit insurance company catering to members who are checking status of their disability claims.
Currently, I have a part-time job as referral and benefits coordinator for a PCP and therapy clinic based in Oregon. My tasks include patient registration, scheduling, insurance verification and prior authorization.
