Description
I already have experience working as a virtual assistant and I am a maintenance admin there. Where I usually do some inbox and calendar management, part of my task also is performing general administrative back office tasks. I also do some phone calls in Park City rental properties where I am also assigned to call the clients when their requests in checking in like early check in request is already approved. And also Receiving bookings. I am also assigned to call our rental property cleaners regarding their schedules for this day, assigning them to their assigned locations.
Lastly, I am knowledgeable in using google workspace, asana, Avaya, streamline, breezeway and Pipedrive. I believe I already have the skills to become an effective virtual assistant. Since I've been already trained in my previous work.
