Hi! My name is Angela Ferlyn Tribo from Laguna, Philippines. You can call me Fer for short and I’m 29yo. I graduated with a bachelor’s degree in accountancy in 2015. I am very positive that I am your next virtual assistant because I am passionate with my job, I am resilient – able to accomplish task with minimal supervision, I am innovative and assertive, I am flexible and motivated to do my job. Also, I am a computer tech savvy, I am proficient in google operations, Microsoft applications, email and calendar management. I have a solid experience with financial analysis, I prepares financial feasibility studies focusing on the Income Statement and Cash Flow for new and ongoing commercial project, I prepares a budget for the new commercial development. Aside from that I act as the Project owner of selected retail or shopping centers wherein I am responsible for the end-to-end value chain process from inception, implementation and up to post-development. I also manage and oversees 4 on-going commercial projects here in the Philippines. I also have an experience in General Accounting functions that focuses on payroll through SAP system with checking and monitoring of payroll balances vs. journal voucher. I also perform bank related function such as clearing of outgoing checks, audit staled checks, monthly bank reconciliation report and closing of monthly books. I was also tasked to perform BIR related activities like preparation of tenant’s profile and filing of document stamp tax. Lastly, assisted the yearly audit preparation and end-of-year closing.
