Hi, let me introduce myself, I’m Aizalin Cali, and I was a previous reception head in a car dealership, aside from that I do multi-tasking roles. I was an admin assistant and service advisor at the same time. As a reception head, every morning I ensure that all of my front liners which is the service advisor. Their task is to receive a customer and start the sales process and so on. In the unexpected chance that my service advisor was absent and there were many customers waiting, in that situation, I become an instant service advisor, I will receive a customer so they will not wait for too long at the reception area also being reception head, I do administrative work like generating daily reports to be submitted to our service manager, checking the daily sales so that we know if we hit our quota or if we need to improve our marketing strategies also monitoring the performance of the service advisor and also, I need to monitor customers too and many more task.
