I have worked in BPO Industry for almost 8years. Working for the industry in different fields has been a major contributor to my skills. Customer Service has helped me become more knowledgeable and understand peoples situation. Technical Support has thought me to become more patient and have an ear to the customer. This is where I got my troubleshooting skills. Collection Specialist helped me handle different situation of customers, thought me how to negotiate and provide more options to the best that we can give and most especially gaining customers trust.
I'd like to work in a challenging position that allows me to utilize my skills among peers and subordinates.
