Description
I was a customer service associate from August 2015 to April 2019. I worked under Concentrix Philippines Inc. While in the company, I was taught various ways to be able to give good customer service. When new clients call, I am supposed to ask them easy questions about what their bills are like. My goal here is to understand why they want to pay online or over the phone while they get their bills regularly through the mail. Most of my customers are more satisfied now since they can pay online without going out of their homes or contacting a representative every month just to pay their bills.
I also worked at Iqor Philippines, Inc. from May 2020 - December 2021 as a call center agent supporting the company's rebate program. I was a member of the team that was responsible for providing information to customers about the current status of their rebate, as well as assistance in obtaining and activating their rebate cards. My calls usually involved chatting with and giving advice to customers who lost or did not receive their rebates after waiting the time specified in the contract. Another common issue was the non-delivery of rebates by clients, which prompted more calls.
