Description
I started my career in the BPO industry as a customer service representative for a year. I work as part of a Food and Beverage Team in various positions in Dubai’s most prestigious hotel and I earned leadership status by setting my goals in the hospitality industry. Eventually, I gained a position as Restaurant Reservations Agent and Administrative Support. After 8 years in Dubai, I decided to pursue my career as a Customer Service Associate here in the Philippines. My experience includes face-to-face customer service, customer complaint follow-ups with email support and chat, medical scriptwriter, audio description, administrative assistance, medical billings and claims processing, appointment setting/booker, and client support.
I am a fairly new freelancer with a dedication to providing 100% client satisfaction to my future clients.
I have learned skills in becoming a Virtual Assistant in a continuous self-learning process. I can provide admin tasks, email/chat support, communication skills, and writing. basic accounting skills, researching, etc.
