Description
I am Lorence Mae Wong. I have worked with customers (patients), taking inventories of our supplies and purchasing from our suppliers. I also have experience processing insurance claims, processing payroll, and training staff in basic administrative work processes. I am the one you are looking for because I have worked my way up to become a company COO in a span of 3years. I was promoted because of my dedication to work. Unfortunately, I had to change my career course because of COVID-19. I need to work from home because of my children.
I have also recently worked as a virtual assistant and gained experience with Google Suite, Slack, ClickUp, Google Suite, Asana, and Shopify. I am familiar with Amazon listings but haven’t personally worked with them.
I work part-time as an executive assistant, managing emails and scheduling appointments for my client. I am looking for a full-time job in addition to my part-time work because I have a lot of bills to pay. I am applying to the position because I am familiar with the role (specifically inventory management) and will positively add to the team.
