With regard to my work experience in relation to the current job vacancy I am applying for, I have accumulated at least 9 years of work experience as a Customer Service Representative. My previous work was a Customer Service in a financial account based in United States wherein I assist clients concern about their insurance policies. I am also exposed to different accounts like telecommunications, hardware/software system and sales. With regard to my experiences, I love assisting clients with their inquiries and provide a positive resolution.
This role has helped me in gaining better understanding on how to properly communicate and interact with clients of diversified cultural backgrounds and beliefs, as well as assisting them in enlightening problems/issues arising from their physical, emotional, and/or psychological incapability.
My strong initiative and exceptional organizational skills, combined with my ability to work well under pressure, allow me to play a crucial role in fast-paced, patient-centered environments. Furthermore, with a history of success contributing to the welfare of the customers, I will immediately make an impact in your organization.
