Responsibilities My primiary responsiblities before is to dial for customers and have them signup for different services that we offer. I've been into 9 different accounts here in TransparentBPO and I've offered Insurance, Medicare Parts A and B, Pharmacy Services, Lead Generation survey questions, diabetic supplies, and The Bradford Exchange collectible items and The Bradford Exchange Checks. When I got promoted as a Team Leader my primary responsibilities were to make sure that my team will become successful on doing their job. Helped them to achieve their full potentials when it comes to upselling and handling customer's concern by listening to their calls and identifying their opportunities and by coaching them to correct their behavior. Quotas For outbound sales My quotas were to get 1 sale or signup per hour and I always meet those targets. Some calls lasted for 8 - 10 mins to get a sale and to make sure that it's effective. I always aim for quality sales cause our QA goal is 88% and when I was dialing, my QA Average is always 92% above. For upselling in The Bradford exchange account, my qoutas were 110% upsell attempt. We should always attempt to upsell an item on every customers that wants to place an order. 26% success is the number of sales that we managed to close after we attempted to upsell another item to the customer. Average handling time should be 8 minutes and the quality of our calls should be 90% per audit. Credit Card Concervsion should be 90% of our succeses as well. Accomplishments Before I got promoted as a Team Leader, I became one of the top representative in our company and that's one of the reason why I've handled 9 accounts in this company. When I got promoted, I realized that the greatest accomplishment for me is when you see your team becomes successful on their job and reached their full potential and grow.
