Description
I started my career as a customer service support/representative for a telecommunications and fast food delivery business. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, billing questions, and payment extension/service requests for a Telecom Company. Then elevated as Chatter, and I am responsible for taking/preparing orders, and processing payment at the end of the order via chat/email, and phone for a food delivery service company. Then I join an E-commerce company wherein my main tasks are addressing customer inquiries, solving problems, and providing new product information via chat and email. Politely, assisting the customers via the company's CRM & Shopify. I managed a wide variety of customer service, working on social media platforms and administrative tasks to resolve customer issues quickly and efficiently. Soon after I took the experience in a challenging customer relations position for various Automotive companies that focused on sales, retention, and setting up an appointment via live chat.
