Description
I am currently working as a Support Advisor with Shopify for almost 1 year already. Familiarity with the flow of Shopify Platform will be my greatest asset among all candidates to this position.
To build a long term career in freelancer industry with opportunities in career growth and personal development. I am extremely motivated person with a very strong Drive to achieve my Goals. I don't have that enough experience as a freelancer but I can be efficient and effective as other candidate using the knowledge, skills and attitude that I've enhance working in a BPO industry.
I worked as an account associate for VXI Global Holdings handling healthcare account that focused on Insurance concern. We provide transportation to our members. We also do appointment settings, if they have a medical appointment we are the one who will set that up for them. We also do inbound and outbound calls handling providing customer service satisfaction. We also intake something related to the coverage of their insurance since that is one of the pieces of information that we need before we can set up a transportation to them if they need to see a medical practitioner. I worked also as a team leader that supports a team and new hire agents to their nesting phase of their employment. I am a very dedicated and passionate person. Detail and goal oriented one that pays attention to every single detail. I will give you nothing but a job well done.
