My name is April Mendoza, your next Virtual Assistant. I have both hard and soft skills that can contribute to your business's success. Through my 5-year working experience as an Admin Staff, I honed my skills in decision-making, being detail-oriented, and taking on different responsibilities. I handled different client accounts where I ensured they were satisfied with our products and services and that we had a good business relationship with them. I am proficient in Admin Support, bookkeeping, data entry, document filing, and utilizing Microsoft Office.
I also worked as a part-time business English trainer to Japanese professionals for more than 1 year which also helps me improve my communication skills and practice my adaptability because I had the chance to meet professionals with different cultures and different walks of life.
Currently, I am working as a part-time Instagram Virtual Assistant, responsible for engaging its Instagram account, sending DMs to prospective clients, and setting up calls with them.
