I am looking for a long term employment.
I have been working in the BPO industry for about 3 years now as a Customer Service Representative.
I worked under a Health care account as Customer Service Representative for more than one year. Our main task is assisting our callers with their Healthcare benefits, mainly US citizen. We provide them quote and information of their benefits. We also do account maintenance as well.
I just recently worked with a Sales/Ordering account for a year as well, as Customer Service Representative. We help customer with their Orders and process it using our account-build system or tools. We assist as well with their complaints and queries.
I am familiar with using Microsoft tools- such as MS WORD, MS EXCEL,OUTLOOK and many more. Also familiar with other tools like google docs, spreadsheet as well.
Working as Customer Service Representative, requires not only taking calls, but also doing little Data entry- since some information of our callers needs to be updated with their accounts for account maintenance. I am also well versed with email management for our previous accounts.
I am very passionate about every given task and a fast learner. The job as a Representative for services is a fast-paced job, I easily adapt to changes; making sure that I am updated to every rule or policy posted by the companies. I am willing to undergo further training to enhance my skills and to be more efficient.
