I can assist you with any tasks that fall within my scope as a virtual assistant, including Data entry and web research Chat support, customer service support, social media management, email marketing and management, task and project management, website management and design, calendar and travel management, podcast management, content creation, graphic design, editing, and transcription. As a customer service representative in 2019, my duties included handling billing, sales, product inquiries, order monitoring and placement, and customer care. I am a qualified Hubspot social media marketing strategist and Quickbooks expert I've also earned a number of certificates from different e-learning programs. I have a strong knowledge of the English language, am proficient in Microsoft Office, and am familiar with the Google Suite.
