Description
I am Katrina Torres born and raised In the Philippines. Grabbed an opportunity and looked for greener pastures overseas. I worked as a manager in a fine dining restaurant in Doha, Qatar for 8 years. And being a manager in Hospitality management is not quite easy since patience, perseverance, and passion for what you craft are a must in order for you to make things work. It really shaped my skillsets at the same time. And since it’s a foreign country the language barrier is an adjustment, but since I’m always open to learning and innovation, I quickly adapted to the cultural diversity and appreciate the beauty in it. And since I’m applying for Freelancing, I’m certain enough to say that my skills when it comes to customer service are excellent. I took up a Freelancing course and got a gold certificate in it thru Surge Digital Academy. I know things are not that easy at first but with focus and willingness to learn, I will eventually master everything that I need to learn.
I am a highly motivated, result-oriented individual, willing to go the extra mile to reach goals. For example, my last job involved meeting specific targets on a daily basis, which I managed and sometimes surpassed while gaining better and more effective means of improving the achievement of those goals.
