Description

My name is David and I've been in the Customer Service industry for more than 14 years. Food Industry, Modeling Industry, and BPO/Call Center Industry these past 4 years. My first job in the BPO Industry was for a Technical Campaign for a famous Computer Company we handled clients' online subscriptions. We do inbound tech support positions where the client would be calling regarding the status of their current subscription or if they need help with troubleshooting their devices or their account. After that, I was assigned to a Gaming Account where we would assist Gamers via chat and email regarding their general concern with the game itself. Since the game does update from time to time so we would cater to their concern regarding the changes, bug reports, or if they would like to purchase in-game currency for the game. I also worked for a Delivery Food app that's based in the US as a Dasher/Merchant support where we would cater to the logistic of the customer's order by contacting the delivery driver and the restaurant where they ordered the food so we could synergize in providing excellent and in time food delivery service for our client. After that I was promoted to Fraud Support where we deal with consumers directly, our job is to make sure that the food was delivered to the consumer. We are also in-charge in getting the consumer's feedback for the service and for their orders. The last one is for a Fitness app based in the US as well, I started my career with them as a Customer Support Representative who takes inbound calls, makes outbound calls, and caters to the client's and consumer's emails since we are handling business owners and their clients as well. After a year I was promoted to Level 2 Customer support for the campaign where we handle call escalations and different processes when it comes to the business owner's account. After that, I was assigned and trained as a Team Leader Intern where I assist the new hires regarding the processes and provided them with best practices that would lead them to success. I am the type of person with a passion for customer service. A hardworking type of person that you can depend your business on and achieve the goal that you want for your business. I always make sure that I do my best in every task that was trusted to me and make sure that I complete it efficiently and in a timely manner. I am also a fast learner and dedicated to learning new things as well. I always make sure that I do things with integrity but I'm also the type of person that knows how to accept mistakes and learn from them.
