Hello! My name is Renelyn Bo but my colleague calls me "Ren" for short. I am a goal-setter, a fast learner, and a highly proactive person.
I worked as a Customer Service Associate at Sutherland Global for 1 year and 6 months. On the other hand, when the government-mandated all BPOs to go back on site last April this year, I decided to resign and look for a job that offers permanent work at home set-up. I also worked as a Human Resource Specialist for Organizational Development, for the leading retail industry across the Bicol region. My administrative tasks include assisting in training and meetings, preparing concept papers, managing internal programs/projects, and other ad hoc tasks. My other job titles for the same company for 3 years before I was transferred to HR Specialist were HR Generalist and Vendor Relation and Client Services Specialist.
