Description
I work as part time freelance Executive Assistant to the Director of sales, and I have experience in Data Entry and expert in Spreadsheet, Googledocs, Adobe Apps, Canva and Microsoft Offices such as Word, Excel and Powerpoint. In my everyday task, I work with sending emails, setting up appointments and meetings through Hubspot and Google Calendar, and graphic designs both on Adobe applications and Canva.
I also worked as Customer Service Advocate and I provided number of services through creating and sending emails, outbound and inbound calls, interactive chat, document preparation maintaining files through Salesforce as CRM. I have almost four years of experience in assisting customers through order status, refunds and cancellations, website navigation and making sure that I went above and beyond for the satisfaction of my customers.
