Description
I'm an experienced Customer Service and Collection Associate. I've been in the Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) Industry for about nine (9) years now.
As an evidence of my skills and excellent working attitude, I became a top agent when I was tasked to handle healthcare insurance account. I am well-versed in assisting members' concerns from benefits, general or specific inquiries, processing health providers' claim, and solving unpaid claims.
I also worked as a Customer Service Representative for a Telecommunications Network. My tasks were to assist all concerns of Australian clients from activating their sim cards, recharging their credits, sometimes doing troubleshooting problems on their mobile broadband internet
I also worked for Convergys Philippines. I started my career in this company in 2012. For years, I was assigned as a Credit Card Collector. I am proud to say that my hard work paid off, given that I was consistently one of the top collectors in my account. I really learned and strives to come up with strategic ways to collect past due accounts.
And from 2014 up to 2018, I was assigned as a Customer Service Associate for Dun and Bradstreet--- a credit rating agency. My job is to basically do outbound calls for data collection to come up with our Business Information Report.
Aside from these major skills that I have learned through the years, I also have bookkeeping and auditing skills that come handy for my personal business pursuits. I also sing and can do voice over with varied English accents which I learned from my call center training and experiences.
