Description
I can definitely say that I can do almost all tasks assigned to any virtual assistant. I am working in a BPO industry for nine years now and have been assigned to different kinds of support roles with different clients. I can do phone support, chat support, email support and sales. I am tech savvy and can easily learn new tools in a short period of time. With the time spent working in the BPO industry, I was able to develop my skills in people management, daily and weekly reporting, timekeeping of my subordinates, conducting trainings, coaching each subordinate weekly and financials. I am also proficient when it comes to MS tools such as Excel, Word and Power Point. Outside work I do vlogging and blogging specific to marketing new restaurant locally. I do my own video editing, photo editing and audio editing. I also do event planning and organizing plus outsourcing supplies.
