I've been working in the BPO for almost 7 years, and working as a Customer Service Representative is also like working as a Virtual Assistant but with multiple clients every single day. As a Customers Support we make sure that we make our customers' life easier when they reach out to us. And as much as possible we want to be a one-stop shop for them to lessen their time calling back and forth. We extend our help to them and we do the extra mile to make it less hassle for them. I believe that every Virtual Assistant's goals were just the same as a Customer
Support goals. And with all the experiences that I had, from voice to non-voice I presume that I have all the qualities that you are looking for.
