I have a total of 5 years of experience in a call center and 2 years of experience in customer service online in Amazon drop shipping (reseller account). I want to connect with you and see how we can work together. I was assigned on placing orders and answering customers' queries through chat and phone calls - assisting customers in tracking their orders, and providing assistance, especially on their concerns about the orders. Honestly, I don't have much experience being a VA, just Customer Service Representaive only for almost 5 years in BPO and 2 years in amazon dropshipping I am very much willing to be trained if needed but I'm sure I will learn it with minimal supervision in some tools. I can apply what I have learned from my previous job and even though I don't have experience being a VA, but I am very resourceful and I'll give my 100% best to meet client's expectations and I am very dedicated to my work as well.
